This splendid park system is located on Front Street in Downtown Albany. The interactive park is comprised of many features including the Turtle Grove Park, the Festival Springs Fountain, the Horace King Overlook, the Bridge House and the River Walk Trail along the Flint River. The park is maintained and owned by Dougherty County. All requests to reserve the park must be completed at least 60 days prior to the event.
